Identity Data: Full name, Date of birth, Place of birth, and Fayda National ID (where applicable).
Cultural Data: Language (Mother tongue), Religious denomination, and Family lineage.
Profile Data: Lifestyle habits (e.g., prayer frequency, dietary restrictions), photographs, and family background.
Technical Data: IP address, device information, and location (for matchmaking proximity).
3. Legal Basis & Consent (Ethiopian Compliance)
We process your data based on your consent. Under Ethiopian law:
Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous.
You will be asked to check a box for standard data use.
Language: Consent requests are provided in Amharic and English.
4. Data Localization & Security
Local Servers: Your personal data is stored exclusively on servers physically located within the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Encryption: We deploy localized encryption servers approved by the Ethiopian Communications Authority (ECA).
Data Breach: In the event of a breach, we will notify the Ethiopian Communications Authority and affected users within 72 hours as required by law.
